We serve the following counties:

Alameda | Contra Costa | San Francisco | Marin | Sonoma | Solano | Napa | Santa Clara | San Mateo | Santa Cruz | San Benito County | Monterey Bay to Carmel & Big Sur

We work in people’s home and offices from the greater San Francisco Bay Area to Monterey Bay. We also meet in person as a team at various Bay Area workspace locations for creative and administrative company work projects. You must be able to attend work in person within any of the counties that we serve (most work shifts and team meetings take place in San Francisco and Oakland.) Reliable transportation is required. Many projects are not near public transportation. We do not offer remote work positions.

Work Shifts:

We are open 7 days/week 9am-8pm. Work projects are typically scheduled in 5 to 8-hour shifts. Most shifts start at 9 or 10am, but may occasionally start later and go as late as 8pm. You must be available to work complete shifts between the hours of 9am and 8pm.

Position: Organizing Assistant II (part-time, variable hour)

Job Description:

  • Assist senior organizers with the preparation and implementation of professionally organized residential and commercial spaces including but not limited to sorting, cleaning, packing, tracking supplies and inventory.

  • Participate in the creative development and implementation of social media and website marketing campaigns.

  • Plan, develop, and implement team trainings and public-facing events.

  • Write and edit blog articles, company guides, and training manuals.

  • Attend and report on remote & in-person trainings, workshops, and conferences.

  • This position includes paid training in the Bella Organizing method.

  • Room for growth and the potential for long-term employment.

  • Some work may be done remotely, but this is primarily an in-person position.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Ability to follow directions, work with a team, and work on one’s own to complete a project.

  • Meet the physical demands of the job, including the ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds and climb/descend stairs and stepladders.

  • Strong organizational skills and comfort producing detailed work on a highly time-managed deadline.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a high level of customer service.

  • Clear and concise speaking and writing ability.

  • Ability to type a minimum of 50 words per minute.

  • Experience in Google Suite and Microsoft Office programs including PowerPoint.

  • Professional business casual presentation.

Education:

  • Completion of a bachelors degree.

Pay Range/Benefits:

  • $25-$27 per hour

  • Sick pay

  • Minimum completion of an associate’s degree or at least (2) years full-time college toward a bachelor’s degree in progress.
