We serve the following counties:

Alameda | Contra Costa | San Francisco | Marin | Sonoma | Solano | Napa | Santa Clara | San Mateo | Santa Cruz | San Benito County | Monterey Bay to Carmel & Big Sur

We work in people’s home and offices from the greater San Francisco Bay Area to Monterey Bay. We also meet in person as a team at various Bay Area workspace locations for creative and administrative company work projects. You must be able to attend work in person within any of the counties that we serve (most work shifts and team meetings take place in San Francisco and Oakland but you will also be scheduled to work at all other locations.) Reliable transportation is required.

Work Shifts:

We are open 7 days/week 9am-8pm. Work projects are typically scheduled in 5 to 8-hour shifts including weekday and weekends. Most shifts start at 9 or 10am, but may occasionally start later and go as late as 8pm.

Position: Organizing Assistant I (part-time, variable hour, entry-level)

Job Description:

  • Assist senior organizers with the preparation and implementation of professionally organized residential and commercial spaces including but not limited to sorting, cleaning, packing/unpacking, tracking supplies/inventory, and training in the Bella Organizing method.

  • Participate in the creative development and implementation of social media and website marketing campaigns.

  • Assist with team trainings and public-facing work events.

  • Attend and report on remote & in-person trainings, workshops, and conferences.

  • Room for growth and the potential for long-term employment.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Ability to work under direction, work with a team, and work on one’s own to complete a project.

  • Meet the physical demands of the job, including the ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds and climb/descend stairs and stepladders.

  • Strong organizational skills and comfort producing detailed work on a highly time-managed deadline.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a high level of customer service.

  • Clear and concise speaking and writing ability.

  • Professional business casual presentation.
